Schedule
Shift Bidding - Every employee has the opportunity to accept
or decline a bid on specific shifts, this can be based on their
seniority as well. Bidding is on a shift-by-shift basis in regards
to the initial selections. If an employee cannot make their bidding
time, the scheduler can move their name down the list to a day that
is more suitable.

Holiday/PTO Bidding - Employees can access this feature to choose
preferred vacation dates; this can be based on seniority bases as
well. This also has a Session option that allows the employees to
be placed into user-defined groups and then prioritize the groups
in any order you like.
In some companies, employees bid for rotations and days off. The
Bidding Module facilitates that process according to the rules established
by each company. Management has the capability to override and make
shift assignments or changes for the good of the organization or
the individual concerned.
- Allows users to view and bid for new schedules or vacation time.
- Bidding Module enforces Seniority Style bidding. Bidding can
follow seniority or user-defined order. A preference for Administrator
approval or Guest approval is available as well.
- There can be as many bidding schedules created as needed. These
shift changes can begin on any day or month.
- Bidding for shifts and days off can be made on a seniority basis.
Management can override anybody's shifts.
- An employee may bid for any day off in the schedule period.
- Management has the capability to set a maximum number of employees
allowed to be off on the same day.
- The Shift Bidding module can be used as often as necessary.
- Both Random bidding and Ordered bidding supported.
- The customer sets bid acceptance priorities.
- Employees may bid for any shift within the limitations of their
pattern.
- Administration could assign the required shifts if employees
do not bid for their shift preference in the time allowed
