Upon the purchase of Schedule-HR Plus and the Schedule-HR Diamond
Plus Implementation Plan, Schedule-HR will assign a designated team
consisting of a Project Manager and Schedule Specialist along with
your Sales representatives to your implementation. Your Schedule-HR
Team will commit to a project plan that ensures a timely and successful
implementation.
To
ensure a successful implementation of your total scheduling solution,
Schedule-HR has defined key implementation phases with associated
objectives and responsibilities. Each implementation phase is carefully
mapped to a project plan. The objectives, events, and responsibilities
of each phase are outlined below.

Objective:
Pre-Implementation Planning assures your department the optimum
solution for your unique scheduling requirements. The Schedule-HR
Project Manager will gain an understanding of your existing procedures
and methodologies, as well as your goals for system automation.
After the implementation process is reviewed, a project plan is
devised to carefully map responsibilities, deadlines and milestones.
Topics that will be addressed are:
- Designate Project Coordinator and Project Team.
- Review scheduling automation goals and objectives.
- Review current and planned scheduling processes.
- Review implementation process.
- Define project plan and milestone completion dates.
- Assign roles and responsibilities.

Objective:
Highly trained Schedule-HR Specialists will configure the system
to meet your specific scheduling requirements. This phase is an
interactive process where our Specialists will enter the required
employee, assignment, shift, station, pattern, post, contract, unit
and qualification information, as well as build rule structures
for achieving the highest possible degree of automation. The software
and database will be loaded, configured and tested within your network
environment.
Topics that will be addressed:
- Complete data collection forms.
- Complete Preference Setup forms.
- Configure data information and Preferences.
- Produce accurate schedules.
- Review schedules and provide feedback.
- Implement customer rules in proposed system (with the purchase
of the Time & Attendance Module).
- Approve final schedules.
- Ship configured data, program and documentation to customer.

Objective:
Your staff will be scheduled an online Net Meeting to review the
proposed scheduling solution. Upon approval, two more Net Meetings
will be scheduled to provide hands-on interactive training sessions.
This will include a basic review of program features and functions
and will also allow the attendees to solve typical scheduling problems
directly. At the end of the training session, you and your staff
will be ready to use the system.
- Attend Base Net Meeting Training 4 Hours.
- Attend Advanced Net Meeting Training 4 Hours.
- Special on-site training is also available at additional discounted
rates.

Objective:
After your staff has been using the system for two to three months,
your assigned Project Team will discuss the system and automation
benefits attained through a complete analysis review. Recommendations
for further benefit realization will be provided.

- The review of system usage.
- Compare goals met against pre-implementation plan.
- Outline recommendation for future system optimization.
- Complete customer satisfaction survey.
