Kronos® offers time and attendance solutions for small to mid-size businesses as well as a comprehensive suite of labor management applications for the enterprise. These products help organizations of all sizes in many industries plan, track, and analyze their workforce, as well as provide managers with tools to measure and improve labor productivity. Schedule-HR provides link capabilities for connecting the Schedule-HR Staff Scheduling solution with Kronos Frontline Labour Management Systems. Schedule-HR Plus communicates information both to and from specific Kronos products. There is a function to import employee information, pay codes/activity codes from accessing and reading Kronos data directly. There is a function to export schedules and schedule updates into the Kronos database. There is a function to update and control the Labour codes from accessing and reading Kronos data directly and works in conjunction with the sites, departments, units/ships, assignment, qualification/skill set groups and qualifications/skill set data tables in Schedule-HR. The terminology for all of these references can be user defined.
