Communication Features:
  • Use your modem to automate dialing a standard numeric beeper's phone number.
  • Use your modem to dial a paging terminal and send a full-text alphanumeric page to your pager or PCS (Personal Communications Service) digital phone.
  • Assign and track pagers to employees.
  • Create canned messages to be utilized from paging functions.
  • All pager messages are automatically logged.
  • All pager messages sent can use the response system to track acceptance, rejections or no response calls.
  • Phone log to track phone logs and utilizes the response system to track accepted, rejected and no response calls.
  • Security control to gain access to modify the phone log and responsiveness.
  • A shift request can be sent to multiple pagers at one time and will automatically send it to all selected employees who have pagers assigned to them with one phone call.
  • Schedule shift changes can be automatically sent to the employee's assigned pager for confirmation.
  • Send alerts, shift changes, scheduling, meeting notices to pagers.

Employee Features:
  • Administrators can view and update employee qualifications and expiration dates.
  • All employees can retain one or more qualifications.
  • Casual Staff are allowed to submit Availability through one of three methods:
    1. Use System Policy of 0% or 100% Availability.
    2. Availability Templates.
    3. Submit Daily Availability.
  • Customizable Displayed Employee Nickname.
  • Employee Schedule Method options are:
    • Scheduled with an assigned pattern.
    • Automatically scheduled using availability.
    • Manually assigned to shifts within the Schedule-HR Software.
    • Undefined Scheduling Method will not be scheduled.
  • Maintains employee's multiple qualifications to maintain required shift restraints.
  • Monitors employee qualifications expiration dates.
  • Tracks employees Last Active Date from approved schedules.
  • System Generated Employee IDs.
  • Track Employee Contact Details: ID, First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Gender, Three Contact Phone Numbers, E-mail, Preferred Method of Contact, Paging Details and Employee Comments.
  • Track Employee Employment Details: Hire Date, Termination Date, Date of Birth, Marital Status, Classification of Employment, Rate of Pay and/or Pay Ratio from Assigned Contract.
  • Track Employee Scheduling Details: Scheduling Method, Active/Inactive Status.
  • Employee incident reports to identify user-defined issues.
  • Retains multiple phone numbers for contacting purposes.
  • User-defined skill/qualification rating levels.
  • Provides secure access to employees for viewing personal information, their schedule and to access the bidding process through other workstations.

Report Features:
  • Preview reports and WYSIWYG hard copy reporting.
  • Produces individualized calendar schedule reports.
  • Report on activity code to provide hours worked, vacation and sick time, etc.
  • Reports can be customized to produce schedule reports by shift summary, by staff member, by location, by assignment, and/or by Activity Code.
  • Reports can be previewed on your monitor, printed directly to your printer or a local network printer, or exported to other programs for later editing and printing.
  • Reports have the flexibility to filter what information you want to see and how the data is sorted.
  • Schedule reports can be filtered and printed on a single, all or selected employees with or without crew members.
  • A user-defined date range used to print schedule reports.
  • Schedule reports can include off shifts, open shifts (vacant), absent and/or trainees.
  • Shift Summary report displays the staffing levels by analyzing the schedule and calculates the number of actual staff members per shift, number of staff members on holidays, number of staff members on an unscheduled leave, number of surplus staff members and the number of overtime shifts assigned.
