Refunds & Exchanges

Schedule-HR offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We want you to be satisfied with the software you buy from Schedule-HR Software Technologies. We will always accept returns within 30 days of your purchase if you're not happy with your software for any reason. We will either fully refund of your purchase price (less any shipping), or a give you a credit or different product in exchange.

To obtain a refund, mail your original CD, all software documentation, and a copy of the original sales receipt. If you ordered your product from Schedule-HR's online store or from one of our authorized dealers or resellers, please send the packing slip included in the box. The back of the packing slip offers detailed information on how to return your product. There's just one catch, you have to tell us why you're returning it. We can't get better if you don't tell us what's wrong.

Exchanges can be made within the first 90 days of ownership. Any version of any of our products can be exchanged for a different product any time within 90 days of the original purchase. To make an exchange, please return the original CD and software documentation only, a copy of the original receipt or the direct packing slip (if it was ordered directly from Schedule-HR), a note indicating the reason you are exchanging it, and a check or money order if there is a price difference. Please be sure to include your name, address, area code, and daytime telephone number.

For example, if you buy Schedule-HR Lite version and decide to exchange it for Schedule-HR Plus, you can exchange your support package as well. This gives you an opportunity to try the lower cost Schedule-HR Lite and upgrade to Schedule-HR Plus without any loss from the original purchase price. 100% of the original purchase price will be applied to the upgrade. By using our custom upgrade package you will not lose any previously entered data or schedules, 100% of the original data is retained. Please note that this will be an exchange, you will not continue to have a license (for support, upgrades, etc.) for your original product.

We are happy to exchange any product you've bought directly from us or from one of our authorized dealers or resellers within 90 days for a different product, charging or crediting you for any price difference, as appropriate. Our head office company, Schedule-HR Software Technologies, handles all refunds.
