Time & Attendance Module
The main functions of this module are to perform employee time
management with scheduling reconciliation and enforce union or complex
pay policies. This allows an organization to better analyze and
control labour costs, staff distribution, validation, and time approval.

The
time and attendance module provides services to communicate with
popular payroll and personnel systems including Kronos®
and ADP®, as well as client-developed
and third party service providers, to distribute the information
in a secure manner for timekeeper entry and supervisor approval.
A significant benefit to this module is the ability it gives to
the customer to predict costs of schedules generated using different
preference settings, options and rules.

Schedule-HR tracks every minute each staff member has recorded under
each of your organization's working and paid leave of absence activity
codes. Once staffing for a day is complete, users with the appropriate
authority level can approve the scheduled shifts. This approval
confirms that the data is accurate and reflects the days' exact
staffing.
The Time & Attendance "Post" feature will apply all
of the companies' special policies for overtime, paid activities,
shift premiums or whatever special rule the customer wishes to apply
with a user defined activity code.
- Allowing the user to reconcile and approve shifts with a minimum
of effort. Time cards or scheduled shifts can be approved or denied
entirely or a specific portion of time.
- Allows an authorized user to approve scheduled shifts that will
assist in the reconciliation process.
Allows an authorized user to poll time clocks and validate the
time cards.
- Apply rules and parameters to both the scheduling process and
the posting process for payroll purposes.
Clock In/Out verification validated/reconciled against work schedules.

- Exceptions are entered directly into the Reconcile form of the
Time & Attendance module using either a time clock or manually

- The Clock In/Clock Out feature allows you to enter employee
work time manually or allows the employee to clock in or out.
- Time & Attendance module can interface with different time-clocks.
- Time can be captured with the use of an optional time clock,
through the current schedules or directly from the Clock In/Out
option.
