Training courses vary from full-day, on-site courses to full implementation packages. Specific courses are designed and geared for administrators, schedulers and general users. All training sessions are designed to provide users of all levels with the in-depth knowledge needed to quickly and easily utilize the full functionality of our products including any Optional Plus Module. These packages are designed to encourage our clients to invest in training, which will in result, save time and money.

The Schedule-HR Gold Training Plan is designed for the individual Schedule-HR end-user who would like six hours of training online. The Gold Training Plan provides:

• 6 hours of training online with a group of 10 to 15 users, split into two sessions.
• 30 Days Priority Schedule-HR Newsgroup.

The Schedule-HR Gold Training Plan is a $995 value that can be yours for just $595 per person.

Schedule-HR Platinum Training Plan

The Schedule-HR Platinum Training Plan is designed (a) for the individual Schedule-HR users who needs a one-on-one online training session or (b) a small group of end-users with more than one license of Schedule-HR. The Platinum Training Plan provides:

• 12 hours of online training one-on-one or small group from same company.
• These hours are split into 4 separate days of 3 hours each.
• 30 Days of Priority Support, starting after training session.

The Schedule-HR Platinum Priority Plan is a $2,040 value that can be yours for just $1,195.

Schedule-HR Diamond Training Plan

The Schedule-HR Training is designed for the larger organization with multiple licenses of Schedule-HR that expects training on site basis. The Diamond Training Plan provides:

• 2 - eight hour training sessions, either one-on-one or group training on site.
• 90 Days of Priority Support, starting after training session.

The Schedule-HR Diamond Priority Plan is a $5,000 value that can be yours for just $3,000.

Schedule-HR Diamond Plus Implementation Plan

Schedule-HR believes that the keys to completing a successful implementation that meets schedule restraints are planning, staffing, and communication.

• Planning encompasses the issues you have identified in your scheduling proposal, procedural items, user training, thorough testing, and environmental considerations.
• Staffing roles are those of the Schedule-HR Project Manager, your Project Manager, and your Database Administrator.
• Our Project Manager translates your requirements, trains your users, and manages the delivery of Schedule-HR.
• Communication between your organization and Schedule-HR is critical particularly when defining needed enhancements and when scheduling all events.
• All Customization issues are detailed in writing, thoroughly reviewed, and formally approved by both parties.
• The implementation of custom changes are documented and then updated with necessary and mutually agreed upon.
