Vehicle Maintenance Module

Easily create, schedule and maintain a history of maintenance of your fleet of vehicles. This module makes it very simple to schedule work assignments or preventative maintenance for any particular vehicle.

The vehicle details area allows the end-user to define a unique vehicle ID and will hold all of the vehicle details such as the location of the vehicle, VIN, License, Year, Model, Make, Fuel type, along with 5 user-defined values. The module allows the tracking of vehicle odometer readings, which works in conjunction with the vehicle maintenance scheduling and service tracking areas. This allows you to setup user-defined services and schedule those services to a vehicles or fleet by a certain date or by mileage driven or which ever comes first.

This module provides maintenance managers with the most up-to-date, fully integrated with Schedule-HR Plus. This module incorporates vehicle maintenance, hub or odometer readings, preventive maintenance, fueling, tire tracking, vehicle status & dispatch, fleet reports, and much more all the while interfacing with the employee scheduling process. This module will retain data where and when it happens, and makes that information immediately available to maintenance management.

The Vehicle Maintenance Module is the most sophisticated and easiest to use module in Schedule-HR for fleet management. This module answers the need for "I want to be able to push one button and the program tells me everything I want to know."… Well it takes a few more than one click of a button, but its close.

This module retains every bit of data that the end-user inputs in the process of maintaining a fleet of vehicles, and it uses the process of "input it where & when it happens." It tracks the mileage, fuel, oil, coolant, transmission and lube. It also has a built-in driver expense tracking capability.

The fleet manager can find out everything they want to know about a vehicle. Its Miles Per Gallon or Kilometers Per Liter, what's the next scheduled Preventative Maintenance, what is being serviced now, when the last service was done, the system comes with five user-defined fields to track other components that are on this vehicle.
